Hi, I’m Jaime.
I’ve spent the last 15 years in a variety of leadership roles across different types of businesses. I’m also a dedicated runner, a father learning on the job, and I have a passion for practical shooting sports.
This site is where I step back and reflect. I write to make sense of what I’ve learned, what I’m still figuring out, and what I want to leave behind—for my kids, and maybe anyone else who’s been in a similar place.
Most of what I share comes from experience: business strategy, operational execution, endurance sports, fatherhood, and the ongoing tension between doing what works and what matters.
